Ingredients

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 Tbsp neutral oil (Avocado, Grape)
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Ground Pepper

Cooking Temperature

  • 400 Degree F

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds.
  2. Cover inside of spaghetti squash with oil, salt, and pepper
  3. Place on cooking tray with the inside facing down. Add a little bit of water to tray, and tent with alluminum foil to help prevent drying out.
  4. Cook for 40 minutes at 400 F. or until the inside is tender.
  5. Remove from cooking tray, and scoope the inside with a fork to create noodles from the meat/fibers.
  6. Top with your favorite light sauce.
