Ingredients⌗
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 Tbsp neutral oil (Avocado, Grape)
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Pepper
Cooking Temperature⌗

- Slice spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds.
- Cover inside of spaghetti squash with oil, salt, and pepper
- Place on cooking tray with the inside facing down. Add a little bit of water to tray, and tent with alluminum foil to help prevent drying out.
- Cook for 40 minutes at 400 F. or until the inside is tender.
- Remove from cooking tray, and scoope the inside with a fork to create noodles from the meat/fibers.
- Top with your favorite light sauce.

- Cooking time: 40 minutes
- Post cook prep time: 5 minutes
