Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1.5 tsp. salt
  • 1.5 tsp. sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. yeast
  • 1.5 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add the warm water (not hot)
  3. stir until sticky dough ball (doesn’t have to be smooth)
  4. Cover the bowl in a awrm spot and let rise about two hours or until it doubles.
  5. Use two forks to release from the sides of the bowl bringing the dough in onto itself.
  6. Pour the tablespoon of olive oil over the top, and turn the dough to coat.
  7. Transfer dough to buttered dough pan, allow it to rise another hour until it’s just crowning the loaf pan.
  8. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
  9. Let cool 30 minutes before cutting.
