Ingredients⌗
- 3 cups flour
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 1.5 tsp. sugar
- 1.5 tsp. yeast
- 1.5 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Cooking Instructions⌗
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
- Add the warm water (not hot)
- stir until sticky dough ball (doesn’t have to be smooth)
- Cover the bowl in a awrm spot and let rise about two hours or until it doubles.
- Use two forks to release from the sides of the bowl bringing the dough in onto itself.
- Pour the tablespoon of olive oil over the top, and turn the dough to coat.
- Transfer dough to buttered dough pan, allow it to rise another hour until it’s just crowning the loaf pan.
- Cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
- Let cool 30 minutes before cutting.
- Prep time: 10 minutes
- Cooking time: 45 minutes
