Ingredients

  • 6 avocados
  • 1 small bulb of garlic
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. adobo seasoning
  • 1.5 tbsp paprika

Cooking Instructions

  1. Finely mince entire bulb of garlic and shallot
  2. Cut and remove avocado from skin and place in bowl
  3. Add garlic, shallot, and seasonings to bowl
  4. Mash until desired consitency
  5. Slice and juice lemon, fold in juice. (This avoids browning / oxidizing)
  6. Serve and enjoy
